Geez Talia, why are you going off on Petit? None of us believe that Zizou had anything to do with those robberies, but you seem to feel justified in accusing the publishers and Petit -without any proof whatsoever. Let the police do their work to find out who the thief is. As for Petit, he scored the third goal for the French team in the 98 world cup. He has the right to write his book about his soccer experience. If you are against this book, don't buy it. We love Zizou, but we also know that nobody is perfect. He has his flaws, too. This book isn't going to hurt Zizou's image. It just makes him more human.

@ Claire1,I think it's odd that this story emerges at the same time as the release of Emanuel Petit's scandalous book. I wouldn't be surprised if Petit -or his publishers- had something to do with this "robbery" or the story behind it to make more publicity for his own book. Petit is the worst kind of Judas - a spiteful, bitter, jealous man who betrays his former teammates to sell his book because no one really cares about him. Truthfully, I didn't know who he was...I only him by his ponytail. It seems to me that it's probably too tight on his head and it's cutting off the blood circulation to his brain. He's a disgrace. I agree this must be a difficult time for Zizou. Anyway, best regards to you and this community!

(7sur7)
30/05/08 15h55
